Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging, with any tags included.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at chaosbylola@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Personal care items (such as beauty products).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items, unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original product (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags included, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable consumer protection laws, including personalized items and certain hygiene-related products after opening.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
